Foundation

Lumynor Systems is incorporated

Founded in Udaipur with a clear mandate: build AI-native companies that sustain themselves. The umbrella model is formalised — one entity, multiple independent ventures.

First Ventures

Noyse and Blockline enter development

The first two media ventures are greenlit. Noyse targets viral short-form news; Blockline focuses on crypto coverage. Both built with AI-generated content pipelines from day one.

Expansion

Vibrant Soul Tribe and AI Film Studio added

Two more ventures enter the pipeline — wellness content and AI-generated cinema. The portfolio now spans four distinct niches.

Launch and beyond

First ventures go live. Lumynor begins validating the model. New venture ideas evaluated on a rolling basis — the pipeline never closes.
